Making "Breaking Bad"

Now for the inside. It turns out that for the final season the Breaking Bad guys put together this tremendous promotional campaign, and one of the most iconic photos from that campaign was this one:

How to replicate it? One possibility would be to just Photoshop in Jeremy and Benjamin's faces. But I assumed that would probably not look very good. So I decided to buy some prop elements. (I assumed that I'd end up with a pretty good Halloween costume as well, which I did, but that's another story.)

It turns out that if you go to Amazon.com and search for hazmat suit you can find a relatively cheap yellow suit. Here's the amazing thing. When you browse that product you find something remarkable.

That's right. Everyone who is buying the hazmat suit is also putting together a Breaking Bad costume! So it turned out to be easy to assemble the necessary props.
