Making "Mixed Blessings"

Now the fun begins. How exactly do you set something like this up? My thinking went like this: Obviously Benjamin can't have his own arm behind his head giving himself bunny ears. Benjamin and Jeremy both need to have two sets of shirts in matching (or, at least, similar) colors. I need to take pictures of them, blow them up, put them in frames, then have each child hold the frame perfectly.

But after I thought about it for a few minutes I decided that, even though it would be nice to replicate the Vinyl Heads technique, it would just be too hard. So I decided that I would do most of it in Photoshop. I went to Target and bought a bunch of different picture frames. You can see them here.
